Lehighton woman is found not guilty in harassment case
A Lehighton woman was found not guilty of two criminal counts following a one-day trial this week in the county court.
Kelly L. Hudock, 51, was found not guilty of persistent disorderly conduct and harassment, both misdemeanor threes.
She was charged by Lehighton police following an incident in the area of 329 N. Third St. on April 5. Police responded to a report of a violation of a protection from abuse order. Police alleged that Hudock was claiming another person was violating a PFA order and was screaming at officers.
The trial was held before Judge Steven R. Serfass. Assistant District Attorney Brian Gazo prosecuted the case. Hudock was represented by Attorney Brian C. Jordan.
