Van burns in Summit Hill

The Summit Hill Fire Department extinguished a fire that destroyed a van early Sunday morning on West Hazard Street. The fire was discovered at about 4 a.m. It was initially reported as a structure fire. When firefighters arrived at the scene, they discovered the vehicle fully involved in flames. The Lansford Fire Department was also dispatched but remained on standby status. There were no reported injuries and no other information was available this morning.
