However, against Palisades, they needed every contribution to pull out a 34-33 win over the hosts. The most controversial win came against Dallas High School, as the Bears managed the one-point, 35-34 team win, after receiving two team points for unsportsmanlike conduct by a Dallas wrestler, giving the Bears the perfect weekend finish as a team.Individually, Kenny Yanovich proved to have the best showing, as he recorded five pins for the locals. Jason Jacobi also went 5-0 on the day, with three pins. Trent Thomas, Garrett Gouger and Anthony McCue all finished the event with 4-1 records on the day to aid their team to the strong outing.
