Two Schuylkill County residents were cited following a domestic dispute. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred between 5 and 5:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15, at 113 E. Spring St., in the village of Donaldson, Frailey Township.

Troopers said Valerie Schaeffer, 33, and a 16-year-old female, both of that address, entered into a verbal dispute during which each pushed the other and pulled each other's hair.Both were issued nontraffic citations for harassment, troopers said.
