Winner of talent contest

Katie Rubino, 13, of Saylorsburg, was the first place winner in the first West End Fair's Got Talent contest. She not only won $250, but also the privilege to be the opening act for Richie Fields, Saturday night's Main Stage performer. She sang three of her own original songs and received an enthusiastic response from the audience.
