Monroe driver facing DUI charge

A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred about 12:10 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, along SR209 near Frable Road, in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Kevin O'Shea, 45, of Sciota, was stopped driving a 2005 Buick Century for an equipment violation. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance, troopers said, and was placed under arrest. Charges will be filed, troopers added.
