Matthew Reabold, 24, with addresses in Jim Thorpe and Lansford, is escorted to his arraignment by Tamaqua Police Cpl. Henry Woods. Reabold was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Stephen Bayer on charges of possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications facility. Reabold allegedly sold heroin to a confidential informant on Aug. 8 in the area of the Willing Skate Park. Bail was set at $25,000. Unable to post bail, Reabold was transported to the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville.
