Jeffrey E. Fisher, 53, of 19B Avenue Cornell St., Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County, has been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks on a charge of harassment.

Police said they filed the charge after they were summoned to investigate a domestic dispute at 12:35 p.m. Oct. 7 at the accused's residence. No other information was contained in the police report.
