Blue Mountain Health System will offer screenings for depression and mood disorders, from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at the Palmerton Area Library at 402 Delaware Ave. in Palmerton and from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, at the Program of Wellness, Empowerment & Recovery (POWER) at 188 S. 1st St., Lehighton.

Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are serious conditions that affect not only your quality of life, but your physical health. A screening test is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.
