Charged with DUI by Mahoning police

Jeremiah David Victor Jackson, 33 of Philadelphia was stopped on Oct. 5 by Mahoning Township police for alleged careless driving on SR443.

Police said Jackson repeatedly drove off the road, and did not have his lights on after sunset.

Police also said a blood test showed a BAC of .127 percent.

Jackson has been charged with two counts of DUI, careless driving, driving on right side of roadway, and period for required lighted lamps.
