Helen (Reimiller) Rhoades, a resident at Heritage Hill Senior Community, Weatherly, is celebrating her 94th birthday.

Born in Hazleton on Nov. 16, 1919, she is the daughter of the late Clora and Charles Reimiller.On Nov. 5, 1938, Helen wed Charles Rhoades, who died in 2004. They parented three children: Clo-Ellen Rhoades Triano of Richmond, Va., Charles Oscar Rhoades (deceased) and George Byron Rhoades of Weatherly.Helen is the proud grandmother to seven: twins Scott and Shawn Rhoades, David Triano, Steven Triano, Michele Rhoades, Travis Rhoades and Caitlin Rhoades.She is also the proud great-grandmother of 12.Over the years, Helen has enjoyed traveling and vacationing with her daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren and shopping anywhere and everywhere.She has especially loved the ocean and pool activities with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, always game to get in the pool with them well into her late 80s.She has also enjoyed many outings at her son's home in Weatherly.
