State police at Frackville said James E. Davis Jr., 21, was observed removing a Nintendo DS video game system valued at $199.99 from the store and was detained by the store's loss prevention department.

After he was arrested, police said they learned he was wanted on charges in Luzerne County. Police committed Davis to the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville.

Police said Davis was also responsible for retail theft at the store on Oct. 14, when he was caught trying to steal two DeWalt drills valued at $499.98.
