Tori R. Wilson, 29, of New Philadelphia was arrested by Rush Township Police on Nov. 4 in the parking lot of the Hometown Commons Walmart. Wilson was in possession of a vehicle reportedly stolen in Lackawanna County.

Arraigned before District Judge Stephen Bayer, Tamaqua, Wilson was incarcerated in the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville after being unable to post bail, which was set at $25,000 straight cash. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, identity theft, theft and receiving stolen property are pending.Also assisting in the arrest were officers from the Tamaqua and McAdoo police departments.
