Charged with DUI in Mahoning Township

A Philadelphia man has been charged with DUI and various other motor vehicle charges by Mahoning Township police.

According to police, on Oct. 5, Mahoning police stopped Jeremiah David Victor Jackson, 33, for careless driving on SR443.

Jackson repeatedly drove off the road, and did not have his lights on after sunset, police said.

According to police, a blood test showed a BAC of .127 percent.

Police charged Jackson with two counts of DUI, careless driving, driving on right side of roadway, and period for required lighted lamps.
