Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hollenbach of Tamaqua will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on May 18. They were married in St. Jerome's Catholic Church, Tamaqua, by the late Rev. Leo Heineman, then assistant pastor.

Mrs. Hollenbach is the former Donna Welker, daughter of the late Wilmer and Kathryn Welker of Tamaqua.She is retired, last employed by Professional School Photography, Tuscarora.Mr. Hollenbach is the son of the late William Hollenbach and Ruth McHugh.He is retired from the former ICI Americas Company, Reynolds, which was formerly part of the Atlas Powder Company.The Hollenbachs have two children, Richard of Lancaster and the late Brian Hollenbach.They also have three grandchildren: Aaron, a student at Penn State University, State College campus; Kelsey, who will attend Misericordia University in the fall; and Courtney, who will attend Bloomsburg University in the fall.
