Nesquehoning man taken into custody

Acting on a tip, Tamaqua Patrolman Anthony Stanell took a Nesquehoning man into custody on May 10 on an outstanding warrant.

Stanell went to the area of East Cottage Avenue and Pine Street where he found Benjamin Andrew Kuzo, 20, walking with two other people. Kuzo was wanted on a warrant issued by the adult probation office.

When taking Kuzo into custody, officers found a hypodermic syringe in his left pocket.

He was transported to the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville, on the arrest warrant. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia will be filed.
