Incidents probed; citations issued

State police at Lehighton reported two incidents probed by troopers that led to citations being issued.

On May 1 about 1:48 p.m. Robert Scott Perry, 45, of Saylorsburg, entered the Sunoco Service Station, located along Old Route 115, in Monroe County, and allegedly was sexually harassing one of the female employees. Perry entered the store without any intention of making a purchase. Upon seeing the female victim, Perry reached into his pants and pulled out a CD with 20 songs that he had recorded for the victim. He stated it was a present for her.He then proceeded out of the station. After a further investigation Perry was identified and contacted by troopers at his residence. He stated that he did the above because he thought the victim was attacted to him. He was told by troopers he would be cited for harassment and disorderly conduct, and to stay out of the station. Charges were filed, troopers said.On Friday, May 3, about 9 a.m. Terry Lynn Vanbritsom, 56, of Effort, arrived at the property of Mark Carl Vanbritsom, 48, of 156 Vista Drive, Saylorsburg, Ross Township, without permission from the property owner.Troopers cited Terry Lynn Vanbritsom for criminal trespass.
