Tamaqua Middle Schoolholds Spring art show

ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Hundreds of students' projects filled the auditorium's lobby Thursday evening during the Tamaqua Middle School's annual Spring Art Show. The work was displayed was done by students throughout the school year. Others projects were located inside the classroom. Some of the art projects consisted of drawings, sewing pieces, painting, photography, carving, sculpting, ad making and model making. Art teacher Kim Woodward, who organized the event, stressed the amount of dedication that all of the students put into their art pieces. She was also thankful for the efforts of the volunteers who helped put exhibit together. Shown is some of the clay art work that resembled delicious snacks.
