DUI arrests reported by PSP

Several driving under the influence (DUI) arrests were reported by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Robert John Kniolek, 40, of Stroudsburg, was stopped about 11:53 p.m. on April 20 along Kelly Drive, east of Business 209, in Hamilton Township, Monroe County, for several vehicle code violations. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest.

On April 26 about 8:54 p.m. Theodore Phelps, 21, of Bath, was stopped along SR248 at State Road, in Franklin Township, Carbon County, for suspicion of DUI. He displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance, troopers said, and was placed under arrest. The DUI charge is pending blood test results, troopers added.

Tabitha Anna Radie, 40, of Upper Darby, Delaware County, was stopped about 10:15 p.m. on April 27 along Maury Road, near Long Run Road, in Franklin Township, for a vehicle code violation. She was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest. Charges will be filed, troopers said.

Rebecca Hrusovsky, 44, of Lehighton, was stopped about 12:35 a.m. on April 28 along SR248 at the Bowmanstown exit in Bowmanstown, Carbon County, for a traffic violation. She was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest. The DUI charge is pending blood test results.

At 2:02 a.m. on April 28 Bruce Allen Mueller, 47, of Brodheadsville, was stopped along Altemose Drive, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a vehicle code violation. He was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.

Also on April 28, about 6:30 p.m., Kandis Exner, 43, of Lehighton, was stopped along SR248 eastbound, in Bowmanstown. She showed signs of intoxication and was transported to the Palmerton hospital for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.

Rosa Angela Fritts, 32, of Palmerton, was stopped about 12:44 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, along SR248 westbound at the exit ramp in Palmerton, for a vehicle code violation. She was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest. Charges will be filed, troopers said.
