The meeting chamber of the Nesquehoning Borough Building is a little brighter after a fresh coat of paint and a mural painted by Maritza-Mendez Reinbold of Lehighton. She appeared at the recent meeting with her husband David to be thanked for her wonderful talent. Here she appears with council president Frank Jacobs. The mural depicts the narrow valley synonymous of Nesquehoning along with an Indian head.
