NRA speaker to discuss gun rights at meeting
The Lehighton 9/12 Project will host a meeting on gun rights.
The program will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 21.
An optional dinner will be served at nominal cost beginning at 5:15 p.m.

The main speaker will be Suzanna Anglewicz, manager of political and legislative activities for the ILA's Grassroots Division of the NRA.
She promotes the association's political and legislative agendas through various NRA programs in support of the right to keep and bear Arms
In addition, she conducts legislative and election training, oversees campaign field operations nationwide, and represents the Association at various events, debates, and panels.
Before coming to NRA she worked as a law clerk for one of the most noted Second Amendment attorneys in the nation, Stephen P. Halbrook, gaining invaluable legal experience working on various firearm cases before the courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to that, as a law student, she worked for Michigan Coalition for Responsible Gun Owners helping citizens promote the safe use and ownership of firearms through legislation and litigation.
Anglewicz also has extensive political experience working as staff on various state and federal campaigns across her home state of Michigan.
The speaker attended Michigan State University earning a Bachelor's Degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy and has also received a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She is admitted to the State of Illinois and Washington, DC Bars.
She is an avid hunter and shooter, is a Lifetime member of The National Rifle Association, and has been an employee at NRA since 2005.
