Monroe driver facing DUI count

A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a vehicle stop.

State police at Lehighton said Konstantinos Eva Loukas, 22, of Brodheadsville, was stopped about 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, along SR209, in the area of Weir Lake Road, in Chestnuthill Township, for a motor vehicle code violation.

He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI, troopers said.
