Mahoning Township Police say they are still looking for a woman who is one of three suspects in the theft of an air conditioner from Wal-Mart on May 7.

Officer in Charge Audie Mertz of the township's police department said police haven't been able to locate Jessalyn Rider, 20, of Lehighton.

Also charged in the theft were Justin Jacobacci, 30, and Anthony Jacobacci, 30, both of Jim Thorpe.

Mertz said Rider and Justin were both arrested last September for retail theft at Wal-Mart.

Justin was also eluding police. He was apprehended yesterday.

Mertz said the township police received a tip that Justin was at his parents' residence. A search of the residence was conducted and Justin was found hiding inside by Lehighton State Police.

Justin was arraigned by District Judge Edward Lewis and committed to the Carbon County Prison in lieu of $20,000 straight bail.

On May 7, Mahoning Township police had issued a press release attempting to identify a male involved in a retail theft at Wal-Mart, where an air conditioner valued at $419 was stolen. As a result of the investigation, police identified the three persons who were allegedly involved in the theft.

A second theft at the same store was reported on June 18. As a result of that investigation, police allege that Justin and Anthony attempted to steal a home security system valued at over $400. Both fled the area before police arrived.

On June 20, Anthony was taken into custody at his residence and arraigned on two separate complaints.

In the first theft he was charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy-retail theft, and receiving stolen property, all misdemeanors. In the second theft he was charged with retail theft, and criminal conspiracy-retail theft, both misdemeanors. Lewis set bail at $20,000/10 percent. Anthony was committed to the Carbon County prison in lieu of bail.

Mahoning Township police have an arrest warrant for Rider. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call 911.
