Published June 21. 2013 05:03PM

A Tamaqua woman received two citations following a June 9 incident in the borough.

Police were dispatched to 222 E. Broad St. at 7:40 p.m. for a possibly inebriated woman who was causing a disturbance. On scene they found Pamela Novak, 58, of 201 E. Broad St., sitting on a bench. She exhibited several signs of intoxication and her pants were wet. Witnesses said she entered the apartment building and knocked on a resident's door. When she was denied entry she went in to the elevator, urinated, and then went outside to sit on a bench.

She was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
