Nine students from Our Lady of the Angels Academy, Lansford, were recently named Students of the Month for March for the 2012-2013 school year. They were selected because they exhibited the virtue of honesty. The following are quotes from each student.

Kindergarten, Emily Stawiarski: I was chosen as Student of the Month because I work hard to tell the truth the first time.

Grade 1, Albin Petschauer: I was chosen as Student of the Month because I always tell the truth.

Grade 2, Ethan Gardiner: I was chosen as Student of the Month because I was always honest, even when I did something wrong.

Grade 3, Matthew Rehrig: I was chosen as Student of the Month because I always tell the truth.

Grade 4, Corey Rehnert: I try to be honest, no matter what the circumstances. I try to keep my promises.

Grade 5, Rowan Bain: I always try to do my best and be kind to others.

Grade 6, Rachel Chuma: I was chosen as Student of the Month because I gave honest effort toward my studying. I always try to do my best.

Grade 7, Scott Faust: I was chosen as Student of the Month because I try to tell the truth at all times.

Grade 8, Anthony Collevechio: I always try to be honest in my work and in all that I say and do, even if it is difficult. I also try to be kind to everyone and listen to my teachers.
