Taking advantage of kindler weather, Bill Keich, of Center Street in Tamaqua, places red carnations in his homemade planter. Bill said he enjoys working with recycled wood and has made many similar planters for friends and family. He said he made this antique style planter specifically for his wife, Claudette. They've been together 17 years.
