The Tamaqua Blue squad earned a dramatic, come-from-behind win over the Towamensing White team in the 11-12 Panther Valley Little League tournament.

Moyer was also a force on the mound, pitching 5 and strong innings to keep Towamensing's bats in check.Tamaqua's Boyle had a game-clinching grand slam, which gave the Blue squad the lead for good. Scherer also chipped in a home run while Hamm added a triple.Breiner, Bonetsky, Gazdick and Titus all had hits for Tamaqua in the win.
