Matthew D. Rhodes, 29, of West Virginia, is facing charges following a vehicle stop in Rush Township on July 3.

Rhodes was driving along Mahanoy Avenue at 12:17 a.m. when he failed to stop for a red light. An officer pulled him over. During the stop the officer found a small amount of marijuana and a marijuana bowl.Rhodes will be charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
