N.Y. woman cited in McAdoo
A New York woman has been cited by McAdoo police after she was found semi-conscious in a mini mart.
Officer William Curilla was dispatched to the mini mart at 9:40 p.m. on Jan. 10 for a report of an unconscious female. The woman, identified as Caitlin King of Penn Yan, had a strong odor of alcohol on her person. She woke up and told the officer she had been in a fight and had walked to the business place. She also made mention of a bus but was not very forthcoming with information. When another officer checked her purse for identification he discovered a half empty bottle of whiskey.
King was transported by ambulance to the Hazleton General Hospital.
She was cited for public drunkenness.
