A traffic stop by Pocono Mountain Regional police has led to drug charges against the driver.

Police said Allen Marvin, 21, of Saylorsburg, was stopped about 7:16 p.m. on Jan. 19 along SR940 near the Rite Aid pharmacy for a vehicle code violation.

At the stop, police detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Police conducted a consent search of the vehicle and found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
