Not many people are aware that there is a gigantic photo display in Nesquehoning at Kovatch's former Buick garage and now Ford division.

Examining the giant size photos, the pictures bring one back to the good old days in Nesquehoning. The photos provided by Richard "Denny" Creitz of town depict scenes of several business establishments and people of the town.

John Kovatch, CEO, explains that he plans to put more pictures along another wall in the showroom and residents are welcome to stop by to view them. Bring your friends as you will have a lot to talk about when you look at the photos.

John said one picture at the Nesquehoning Recreation Center shows a group of children sitting on the wall. Included in that group are Kovatch and his sister Mary Ann.

The photos range from Nesquehoning residents to old buildings that have since been torn down.
