The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jeff and Cindi Martzen of Honey Brook, Pa. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in English literature from Kutztown University.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Peter and Joann Smale of Palmerton. He holds a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Kutztown University.
