Credit cards are stolen from vehicle at ski resort
Video shows suspect who allegedly stole credit cards from a parked vehicle at Big Boulder Ski Area on Sunday.
Credit cards stolen from a parked vehicle at Big Boulder Ski Resort in Kidder Township on Sunday were used at businesses in Franklin and Mahoning Townships.
Audie Mertz, officer in charge of the Mahoning Township Police Department, released video camera photos of the vehicle believed driven by the thief as well as a male believed involved in taking the credit cards.
He said that at 8:33 p.m. Sunday, one of the cards was used at the Shell Gas Station on Route 209 in the township.
About a half-hour later, at 9:08 p.m., one of the cards was used at the Giant Supermarket in Mahoning Township.
Mertz asked for the public's assistance in identifying the pictured male who was involved in the use of the stolen cards. He said the pictured vehicle was used by the male.
