Four persons were cited following an incident that occurred as the result of a child custody dispute. State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred at the Stone Ridge Apartments in Bowmanstown, Carbon County, about 10:35 a.m. on Dec. 31.

Troopers said at that location a physical and verbal altercation occurred. Troopers listed the victims/ accused as Taylor Nicole Deloatch, 18, Anthony Lee Ritton, 22, both of Bowmanstown; Napoleon Villalta, 49, and Steven Carl Villalta, 20, both of Albrightsville.All four were cited for harassment, troopers said.
