Lehighton man facing charges

A Lehighton man is facing charges following an incident that was reported on Sunday, Dec. 30, about 10:10 p.m.

Lehighton police said Wayne Seaberg, 53, of 342 N. First St., side Apt. 1, has been charged with terroristic threats and harassment by communication, after he allegedly terrorized and harassed Lori Fatzinger, 49, of 342 N. First St., side Apt. 3.

Police said Seaberg threatened to do physical harm to Fatzinger, and he also threatened to kill her. The threats were received by Fatzinger by phone while police officers were on scene.
