State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 11:30 p.m. Feb. 1 and 9 a.m. Feb. 2 at Macomb and Wiggan streets in New Philadelphia.

The victim is Tina Sullivan-Eckert of Pottsville.She told police someone scratched the door of her Chevrolet truck and fled the scene undetected.
