Donations from the Black Diamond Parrot Head Club and Wal-Mart Foundation ended with the purchase of a new AED (automated external defibrillator) for the Coaldale Fire Company. "Since there isn't an active Coaldale Ambulance, our fire company usually gets dispatched to a majority of medical calls in Coaldale," said Thomas Polischak, company president. "All of our firefighters are CPR and AED certified."Pictured from left are firefighters Scott Cramer, Chief Rich Marek, Jonathan Oakes and President/Captain Thomas Polischak.
