    ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Families were treated to a winter craft carnival over the weekend at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center. The event consisted of many forms of crafts, face painting, snacks, drawings and so on. Members of the Stonehedge Gardens in South Tamaqua were also on hand offering activities for both kids and adults. Center director Leona Rega stated her appreciation to all the volunteers who helped in the event.
