Rt. 100 stop leads to DUI arrest

David Allen Humphries, 56, of New Tripoli, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop made by state police at the Fogelsville barracks at 8;31 a.m. Feb. 2.

Police said he was stopped at the intersection of Schantz Road and Route 100 in Upper Macungie Township, at which time officers said he showed signs of intoxication.
