Arrests reported by state police

State police at Lehighton reported on arrests made by troopers and other investigations.

Troopers said Brad Lee Sell, 42, and Clifford Orach, 20, both of Palmerton, were cited for harassment following an incident that occurred about 6:20 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 3, at 2195 Stoney Ridge Road, in Lower Towamensing Township. Troopers said the two were involved in a physical altercation at that location.

Troopers said Roger McConnell, 43, of Kunkletown, is facing charges of harassment and criminal mischief. Troopers said McConnell was involved in an altercation at 167 Weir Mountain Road, in Eldred Township, Monroe County, about 9:15 p.m. on Feb. 1. Following the altercation McConnell is accused of smashing the windshield on the vehicle of Diane Behrends, 42.

Troopers also alleged that the suspect threatened to cause bodily harm to John Andrew McConnell, 43, after the windshield incident.

Troopers are investigating an incident at 133 Stick Road, in Kunkletown, Polk Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Wendy Lee Diorio, entered the above residence of Cassie Marie Lamberty, after being told to leave numerous times, and refused to leave. While at the residence Diorio allegedly pushed Lamberty and grabbed her arm during a short struggle. Charges to be filed include harassment and criminal trespass against Diorio, troopers said.

Troopers said on Feb. 1 about 9:30 a.m. at Torco Supply, located along Riverview Drive, East Penn Township, Stephen Leon Robb, 42, of Slatedale, and Timothy Charles Robb, 44, of Tamaqua, engaged in a mutual fight following a verbal altercation.

This occurred after Stephen Leon Robb was told to leave the premises.
