Published December 31. 2013 05:01PM

With the clock winding down to the new year, West Township supervisors met Monday to formally adopt a 2014 budget, which includes no tax increase.

In a near mirror of figures from the past two years, the total income and expenditures for 2014 are each estimated at $1,863,932.

The milage rate will remain at 4.75, which means that a home with a taxable value of $25,000 will have a real estate tax of $118.75.

All three supervisors, Chairman Al Martinez, Jim Dean and Jim Aikens, voted to adopt the budget.

The board will meet to reorganize at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6.
