WILKES-BARRE, PA - American Red Cross volunteers stopped by the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center on Thursday to deliver $4,000 in donations for Veterans.

The donations include items for recreation - model cars, drawing pads, and craft supplies. In addition, the American Red Cross provided sweat suits, shoes and women's clothing items.

"We are so thankful to our community partners who enhance the world-class healthcare we provide through the donation program," said Margaret B. Caplan, Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center Director. "The American Red Cross's donation will touch many Veterans' lives."
