A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred on Wednesday, Aug. 14, about 10 p.m.

State police at Frackville alleges that Gary Rumberger, 38, of 93 N. Maple Ave., Pottsville, Cass Township, punched a 35-year-old female in the nose with his fist at the time and location stated.Troopers said he will receive a summons by mail charging him with the offense.
