Mr. and Mrs. Scott Forbes of Lower Macungie have announced the engagement of their daughter, Juliette Elizabeth, to Harold David Bonser II.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Emmaus High School and graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor of science degree in education. She is employed as a special-education teacher.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Bonser of Lehighton. He is a 2005 graduate of Lehighton Area High School and received an associate degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College in criminal justice.He graduated from the Allentown Police Academy in 2009 and is employed as a law enforcement officer.The couple plans a summer 2014 wedding.
