Lehighton police reported on the following citations issued by officers.

Crystal West, 39, of 111B Jamestown St., Lehighton, was cited for public drunkenness on July 20, about 9:29 p.m., in the 200 block of N. East Alley.Melissa Holtzer, 37, of 508 Gypsy Hill Gardens, Lehighton, was cited for public drunkenness about 2:23 a.m. on July 26 in the 300 block of S. Third Street.Richard Hartranft, 48, of 101 Lehigh Drive, Lehighton, was cited for public drunkenness at 8:20 p.m. on July 27 in the Lower Park at South and S. First streets.Brian Moll, 42, of 407 North St., Apt. 1, Jim Thorpe, and Jeffrey Rhyder, 49, of 305 Owl Creek Road, Tamaqua, were both cited for harassment for allegedly subjecting a 25-year-old Kunkletown man to physical contact in the 100 block of S. First Street, on July 28 about 6:10 p.m.
