On Wednesday, April 10, at 10:40 a.m. the Pocono Mountain Regional police stopped Tyree Hargroves, 36, of Coolbaugh Township, for a traffic violation. He was found to be driving a vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Police made contact with the driver and could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that Hargroves was concealing marijuana packaged for sale in his groin. A search of his residence showed more drug paraphernalia indicative to street level drug dealing.

Hargroves was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without a license.
