State police at Lehighton reported investigating a two vehicle crash about 5:54 p.m. on Monday, April 8, at the intersection of HTY Road and Polk Township Road, in Polk Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Linda A. Wawrzynski, 48, of Saylorsburg, driving a 2004 Dodge Durango, was westbound on HTY and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. She entered the intersection with Polk Township Road and struck a 2010 Subaru Forester operated by Harold A. Massey, 64, of Kunkletown, who was northbound.

The two drivers and a passenger with Massey, Dale L. Massey, 63, also of Kunkletown, were all not injured. The Subaru had to be towed from the scene.

Troopers added that Wawrzynski was cited for stop signs and yield signs.
