Burglaries in Summit Hill

Published April 05. 2013 05:04PM

Summit Hill police have reported that two homes on E. Mountaintop Road were burglarized on March 31.

During the evening on Wednesday, April 3, there was an attempted break in at a residence on W. White Bear Drive. Police responded to the attempted break in. According to Chief Joseph Fittos, the homeowner had an alarm and police believe that scared the intruder off.

Fittos advises citizens to be very vigilant and watch out for anything suspicious or out of the ordinary, and to call 911 immediately if that occurs.

He also said that it is always a good thing to get an alarm installed, if possible.
