State police at Frackville reported on more burglaries that occurred in an area of Schuylkill County.
Troopers said more break-ins were reported by property owners at 6 and 9 Penny Lane, and at 534 Indian Run Road, all in East Brunswick Township. On Monday troopers reported that 10 structures along Penny Lane were entered. The properties were referred to as seasonal residences.
The latest victims were identified as Allen Meitzler, 57, and Matthew Meitzler, 36, both of Boyertown, owners of the Penny Lane properties; and Michael K. Mantz, 55, of New Ringgold, owner of the Indian Run Rd., property.
Taken in the Penny Lane entries were a Steel brand weed wacker, a 16-inch chainsaw, 10 by 12 roll of linoleum, three trail cameras, Harbor Freight air compressor, Skil power saw, propane tank, hunting clothes, 24-inch chainsaw, Makita drill, and two metal gas cans.
Total value of the missing items was estimated at $1,880.
In the other incident a barn was entered and a vacant residence on the property. A ladder was removed from the barn but nothing was apparently taken from the vacant home.
The entries in both cases occurred sometime between Sept. 4 and 10.
