Summit Hill Mayor Paul McArdle has postponed the community's Trick or Treat activities that were planned for Wednesday of this week.

The mayor said Trick or Treat night will be observed from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7. Residents welcoming children to their homes are asked to have their properties well-lighted.Extra police details will be assigned.
